How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
What are the shipping charges?

Does Sorabh Kitchen World deliver products outside India?
Currently, Sorabh Kitchen World delivers within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

What happens if my payment is deducted but the order is unsuccessful?
In case of a failed order where payment is deducted, the amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

The actual product may have minor variations in finish, shade, or appearance due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing processes.
