Refund policy

Sorabh Kitchen World believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Request Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Damaged/Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sorabhkitchenworld.com or via WhatsApp at +91-88823 88873 with photos of the product and the outer packaging.

Exclusions: Items on clearance sale or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Process: Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup (if available in your pincode) or guide you on the self-ship process.

Refund Policy

At Sorabh Kitchen World, we ensure a transparent refund process.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

Approval: If the product passes the quality check, your refund will be approved.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or your bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping Fees:

  • If the product has any manufacturing defect or damage from the company’s side, the return shipping cost will be borne by the company.

  • If the return is initiated due to customer preference or dislike (such as size, color, shape, design, or any other non-defect reason), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and serviceable PIN codes.

  • Any additional COD charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Orders placed via COD may be confirmed by call or message before dispatch.

  • Sorabh Kitchen World reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received or delivery is not serviceable.
