Refund Policy

At Sorabh Kitchen World, we ensure a transparent refund process.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

Approval: If the product passes the quality check, your refund will be approved.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or your bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping Fees:

If the product has any manufacturing defect or damage from the company’s side, the return shipping cost will be borne by the company.
If the return is initiated due to customer preference or dislike (such as size, color, shape, design, or any other non-defect reason), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and serviceable PIN codes.
Any additional COD charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Orders placed via COD may be confirmed by call or message before dispatch.
Sorabh Kitchen World reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received or delivery is not serviceable.
